Terms
Work is provided on a "best effort" basis. Every reasonable effort will be made to
help you better understand or to deal with your challenge. Proposed work will be
broken down into clearly defined phases to allow you to best see the approach taken.
Time will NOT be charged to you unless I believe that it can be
used to work towards your goal. You will be dealt with honestly and openly
at all times.
Agreements and terms can be modified to best meet each
client's needs and my belief in how I can best serve you. However,
services are generally provided based on a fixed rate per hour (plus
expenses). On business related issues it may be possible to obtain
IIB sponsorship to reduce cost to you.
Additional out of pocket expenses
(nonlocal mileage, phone, tolls, parking, meals, airline, hotel,
rental car, etc.) as required to perform the agreed to services will be
invoiced. No extraordinary costs (airline, hotel, rental car, equipment
purchase) will be incurred without the specific agreement of the client.

nor should they be used to imply that results can be guaranteed.
